Requesting service

• You are responsible for ensuring the RV is legally and safely accessible at the agreed location and time, including any site access or permission needed.

Estimates, pricing & payment

• We provide upfront pricing before work begins. Estimates may change if additional problems, parts, or labor are discovered — we discuss any change with you before proceeding.
• Payment is due on completion unless agreed otherwise in writing.
• Any diagnostic, trip, or service-call fees will be disclosed before we begin.

Workmanship & warranty

• We stand behind our workmanship. If a repair we performed fails due to our work within a reasonable period, contact us and we will make it right per the warranty terms for that job.
• Parts are covered only by the manufacturer's warranty, where one applies.
• Warranty does not cover new or unrelated issues, normal wear, misuse, weather or road damage, pre-existing conditions, or work performed or altered by others.

Cancellations & access

Let us know as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel. If we arrive at the agreed time and place and cannot access the RV or begin work through no fault of ours, a trip charge may apply.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RV Getaway is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (such as lost trips, lodging, or rental costs). Our total liability for any claim relating to a job is limited to the amount you paid for that job. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California; disputes will be handled in the courts serving San Bernardino County, California.
